Hinckley woman accused of starving disabled daughter to death

The Autism News | English By Beth Jett and photojournalist John Thain | Fox 21 News HINCKLEY – Three years after a disabled girl died in Hinckley, her mother is charged with starving her to death.  When Lakesha Victor died, investigators knew something wasn’t right. Now, prosecutors in Pine county have charged Ludusky Sue Hotchkiss with murder and manslaughter for crimes hard for even investigators to fathom. Lakesha Victor died August 20, 2006.  Her obituary appeared in the Hinckley News, listing a memorial service four days later.  There was little public indication of what authorities say what Lakesha had been going through
