Who are we? Established as a nonprofit research organization, the International Center for Autism Research and Education (ICARE) in New York City was founded by Joshua Weinstein in 2004. The goal of ICARE is to conduct research while spurring collaborative programs among similar institutions to build consensus and strengthen the approaches surrounding issues and best practices with a similar goal − to prevent autism. Among our premier objectives is that ICARE's extensive research data bank collect research from all segments of autism research and classifies it into prospective categories. This will enable researchers worldwide to access information in all areas including genetics, education, biologic factors, treatment, etc.. We are located at 1285 Avenue of the Americas, 35th floor, NY NY 10019
