Conroe man receives 50 years for murder of autistic child

The Autism News | English By Elliott Cochran | The Courier of Montgomery County A Conroe man received 50 years in prison for the murder of a 3-year-old autistic child. Chase Cannon, 29, pleaded guilty Thursday in the 9th state District Court of Judge Fred Edwards for killing Ethan Scott Kirby. The Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office recommended Cannon’s sentence.
