I AM 64 YEARS OLD, I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THE H1N1 IS THE ROUTINE FLU SHOT THAT THEY WILL BE GIVING THIS YEAR OR IS IT A VACCINATION THAT YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO GET OR NOT? WHAT ARE THE SIDE EFFECTS OF THE INJECTION AND DO I NEED TO GET ONE IF I GET A ROUTINE FLU SHOT THAT THEY GIVE OUT EVERY YEAR? THANK YOU S JOHNSON
