The Autism News | English By Libby Keeling | Evansville Courier & Press EVANSVILLE — An Evansville man accused of sexual misconduct with a minor who has a mild form of autism was charged formally in Vanderburgh Superior Court on Tuesday. Kevin Wayne Miles, 40, of 2200 Noldau Ave., is facing two counts of class B felony sexual misconduct with a minor, two class C felony counts of sexual misconduct with a minor and one class D felony count of child solicitation, according to court records. After finding sexually explicit notes written by Miles to their teenage daughter, who has Asperger’s syndrome, the girl told her parents she had performed a sexual act on Miles, according to an Evansville Police Department probable cause affidavit.
