The ICare4Autism Institute, a state of the art on-site research center, will:
- Organize and synthesize autism-related information worldwide;
- Create a global platform to foster investigative collaboration between medical, academic and educational institutions;
- Conduct its own independent research, with an initial focus on genetic research and early detection.
At the heart of the Institute will be iCAP (International Computer Analysis Program), the most comprehensive and readily accessible source of genetic, environmental and clinical autism research information available to scientists worldwide. iCAP will enhance the ability of academic, medical and research institutions worldwide to exchange information, share specialized expertise and collaborate on new investigative initiatives.
