Registration Cancellation Policy
Refund of registration fees will be made upon receipt of a written notification by fax or e-mail only, as follows:
Up to 21 days prior to conference – Full refund less bank charges
Up to 15 days prior to conference – Cancellation charge of 50% from package fees
Less than 14 days prior to conference – No refund
Photographer and Videographer Notice
A professional photographer and videographer may be on site to document the Conference. Photographs and videotapes are the sole property of ICare4Autism. By attending these events, the participants must acknowledge that ICare4Autism may use their likenesses for future promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the photographer and/or videographer on site.
